About

Head of Product @ Meccanica Celeste, a software studio in Bologna. I design and ship a portfolio of micro-SaaS products for Italian SMEs: vertical, focused, deliberately small.

My work sits at the intersection of three things: deep familiarity with the operational pain of small Italian businesses, a strong opinion about software craft, and an accelerated workflow built around AI-assisted development.

Each product is a constrained answer to a specific question. Never a platform, never an "everything app."
